One year enterprise-led funded Masters by Research LU-315
This Masters by Research project in collaboration with Cellerate aiming to build automated systems which accelerate battery research, development and production by utilising algorithms from large image datasets. #engineering #algorithm
Tab Content: Overview
This projects looks to utilise object detection and classification algorithms to accelerate battery R&D. Cellerate build's automated systems to accelerate battery research, development, and production. Cellerate is passionate about making a positive impact through their work, and pride themselves on developing world-class scientific instruments and battery production systems. For this project, Cellerate is looking for an enthusiastic electronics or software engineering graduate to specialise in object detection and classification algorithms from large image datasets in a ‘You Only Look Once’ (YOLO) scenario. The right candidate will have knowledge of methods for image analysis and object classification and ideally have experience in embedded C and Python. Cellerate is based in the Manchester city centre, where you will join them for up to 50% of your time.
