How do I receive Parcels and Packages if I live in Graduate College?

How it works:

• We receive your Parcel(s)
• We scan the parcel(s)
• You are emailed with a QR code
• You come to the porter and collect your parcel(s) using the QR code
• Collection open from 4pm*

*On very busy days, such as during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales, you may have to wait until later than 4pm to collect.

Registered items such as BRPs, bank cards, and passports will still be shown on a list on the notice board. You should also check the notice board for information about parcels which have arrived without a name or full address on - or with a name we don't have on file, so the system doesn't know who it is for!

Letters will still go into the mailboxes, which you share with everyone who's family name begins with the same letter as yours.

If you haven't collected your mailbox key yet - please go and see the NIGHT porter, after 7pm. Once you have your key, it's yours to keep until you move out of the college - so you can check for letters at any time you like :-)
