Current Research

My research is concerned with the discourse surrounding the killing of animals, both human and nonhuman. I am also particularly interested in corpus methods and how they can be applied to critical discourse analysis. As such, my PhD is both an enqiry into human-animal relationships and an experiment in corpus methodology, specifically Corpus Pattern Analysis (CPA).
