New for 2015, full-time MBA students will be assigned a career coach who will help them keep focus on their careers during the programme.
At three points early in the year, students will meet and get to know their coaches, identifying areas for development and working with their coaches to move forward during the ensuing weeks. This personal attention helps the students to remain focused on their prime aim for the MBA, even when the pressure is on.
Executive MBA students are welcome to ask for access to a career coach if they wish.
Mentoring and advice
LUMS graduates on our dedicated alumni platform, LUMS Connect, have offered to mentor and advise current students to help with programme issues, cultural queries, business and management insights and careers questions. Not only does this enhance students’ experiences, it also provides them with strong and personal links to the alumni community, from all sectors and all over the world.
