The entry requirements for our postgraduate degrees can be found on the individual postgraduate course webpages. Before you apply for postgraduate study at Lancaster please check the requirements for your chosen course.
Our entry requirements are generally listed using the standard UK undergraduate degree classifications:
- First Class honours (1st)
- Upper Second Class honours (2:1)
- Lower Second Class honours (2:2)
Postgraduate research degrees may have further academic requirements.
There may also be additional requirements for specific programmes such as work experience or a submission of written work.
