Matters relating to discipline and College rules

Contact our team of College Community Assistants who will be able to provide advice and guidance on a range of issues. email bowlandcommunity@lancaster.ac.uk

However, for issues requiring an immediate response, such as noise disturbance, please call Bowland Porters on 01524 592 348.

Fault reporting

If you have a fault in the accommodation or something that needs repairing you can report it via the LUFix section of the iLancaster app. In an emergency, you can also alert the Porter by calling 01524 592 348.

Security

If you have an emergency or need to report anti-social behaviour or noise you can the university security team call the Porters directly on 01524 592 348. They can attend to assist and report on the situation for follow up by the College Officers. In their absence, contact Security on 01524 594541.
