Life can be stressful which takes a toll on both our mind and bodies. How many of us stop and think about the things we can do to help with this and ensure we lead a long and healthful life?
Simon Jones (Project Manager ISS, will talk about the journey he has been on in terms of simple lifestyle changes which are helping to arm him with the tools to help with both mental and physical health and actually become superhuman. Science is finally catching up with some ancient practices. The future of health is in the past!
This talk is in support of University Mental Health and Wellbeing Day on Thursday 5th March. Come along and find out what you can do to ensure your wellbeing.
Simon Jones is a father of a very busy household, a singer in a band as well as working at the University. After getting married he emigrated from the UK to Australia and then to New Zealand where he lived for nearly 6 years. After becoming a New Zealand citizen he then decided to come back to the UK. During this time his interest in taking care of his own health began.
