Discover Balance Through Tai Chi.

You’ll find a welcoming space at our weekly Tai Chi classes, every Tuesday, Lonsdale College, 10am to 11am, starting 14 October. Registration required.

Come along, learn at your own pace and experience the balance tai chi can bring. Larry, an instructor known for warmth, humour, and care, blends tai chi’s martial roots with its therapeutic benefits. With a background in counselling and therapies, Larry offers sessions that highlight tai chi as both movement and medicine: safe, gentle, and accessible for all.
