Welfare and Support
You should never feel that there is no one that could possibly help you with your particular problem, no matter how difficult or trivial it may seem, there is always someone who will understand and advise you. If you pop into the College Office, Julie will be able to advise and point you in the right direction. There is a huge network of support stretching from Lonsdale, to the Students Union, Student Based Services and your own academic departments.
College Advisor Team
The College Advisor Team (CAT) is a team who help to support your pastoral needs within Lonsdale College. There are two CAT members headed up by Emma, the Senior Advisor and the Deputy Advisor, Benjamin, who help coordinate the welfare provision for your student experience at Lancaster University.
If you have a problem or just need someone to talk to, please get in touch. You can expect us to take your problems seriously, to deal with personal information sensitively and in strict confidence, and to find any further help you may need. You can contact the CAT team by emailing email@example.com.
