The Masters Tools Will Never Dismantle the Masters House -Unpacking internalised racism between faculty and students of colour at university, Dr Sana Rizvi from Liverpool John Moores University, Wednesday 29 November, 12.30-1.30 pm, Free Online Lecture, Open to the public.

Drawing on Critical Race Theory, and the work of Audre Lorde around racism within neoliberal universities, Sana argues that unless racialised academics and students resist viewing the university as their sole source of support, and resist viewing other racialised academics with suspicion and antipathy, the struggle to dismantle racist structures within universities will fail.
