Welcome to Chinese wellbeing at Lancaster University.

Lancaster University Confucius Institute works to promote and improve the wellbeing on campus with Chinese wellbeing including Chinese massage, Taichi and academic talks. We aim to provide high quality, culturally appropriate, campus-based services. We host regular events on campus and online covering a range of activities.

We are very proud to launch the Chinese wellbeing sessions with free taster destress massage as the first session.

Rest and relax. The Chinese wellbeing massage draws inspiration from the natural world. Our therapists provide sensorial soothing experiences that leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, with specialisms including neck and shoulder massage, head massage, reflexology and hand massage.

Join us at Lancaster University Confucius Institute, room B09, on Monday 30 January between 1pm-2pm for a chance to experience a Chinese massage by professionals (registration is required).
