Congratulations to Anchorsholme Academy and Yuelu No.1 Primary School of Changsha, China who launched a UK-China online exchange between Year 6 children at Anchorsholme and 11-year-old children at Yuelu on 11 October 2023.

The monthly exchange began with 20 children using their knowledge of English and Chinese animal vocabulary to play Pictionary together online.

Thank you to Anchorsholme's Confucius Classroom teacher, Sammy Hau and previous teacher Jane She, who has now returned to her post at Yuelu, for organising this amazing learning experience for children in Thornton Cleveleys and Changsha!
