Moral Education and Human Flourishing in a Changing World Conference

Our conference

As societies undergo rapid digital transformation, growing cultural diversity, and rising social polarization, moral education faces urgent responsibilities and new opportunities. This conference examines how moral education can cultivate human flourishing, build shared values, and strengthen intercultural understanding in a changing global context.

Key focuses include China–UK comparative studies, youth moral development, virtue and character education, digital and AI ethics, and global citizenship education rooted in both Confucian and Aristotelian traditions.

Call for papers

  • Abstract: 250–300 words
  • Biography: 80–120 words
  • Languages: English or Chinese (English translation required if submitting in Chinese)
  • Abstract Submission Deadline: 28 February 2026.
  • Notification of Acceptance: 15 March 2026.

Costs

The conference is free to attend.

Delegates will be responsible for their own accommodation, evening meals and travel costs.
