Please note that the abstract submission deadline has now passed. We will work to inform you whether or not you have been successful by the 21st May 2025.

• The conference will take place on 2nd-4th July 2025, and the closing date for abstract submissions is 30th April 2025. After the closing date, we will work to inform you as to whether or not your abstract has been accepted by 21st May 2025.
• Please ensure you download and use the abstract template to format your abstract for submission.
• Abstracts should be kept to a maximum of 300 words in the main text body, and with a single figure for illustration as required.
• Do not include any additional headers, footers, page numbers, highlighting, or alternate formatting in your abstract.
• Define any acronyms upon their first use, followed by the acronym in parentheses.
• References should be inserted using a numbered style in square brackets, e.g. [1], [2], etc., and listed in the order they appear in the abstract text.
