Please bear in mind though that we are unable to discuss any specific student matters with a third party - including parents - in order that we comply with UK data protection legislation. If you're in that position we would be happy to talk to you in general terms.

College enquiries

If you have any questions about college life, our facilities, student support provision, staff and alumni matters, contact the College Manager, Jo by emailing furnessoffice@lancaster.ac.uk. You can also call her on 01524 592696 or Chat with Jo on Microsoft Teams.

Accommodation enquiries

If your query relates to Furness accommodation, take a look at the accommodation page. You can contact our Accommodation Manager, Andrew, by emailing furnessaccommodation@lancaster.ac.uk, or by calling 01524 594288.

Fault reporting

If you have a fault in the accommodation or something that needs repairing you can report it yourself via the LUFix section of the iLancaster app. In an emergency you can also alert the Porter by calling 01524 593714.

Security

If you have an emergency or need to report anti-social behaviour or noise you can call the Porters directly on 01524 593714 at any time of the day or night. They can attend to assist and report on the situation for follow up by the College Officers. In their absence, contact Security on 01524 594541.

Welfare
