You can explore the picturesque lakefront, visit the former home of Beatrix Potter, or enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as hiking, cycling, or boating. Ambleside also offers a range of cozy pubs, cafes, and shops, where you can sample local delicacies and crafts.

Schedule:

Town pick up - you are advised to arrive early as the coach will leave promptly at the advertised times

12.15pm | Town - George Street bus stop (by the police station and opposite the Royal Hotel/Gin Palace)

12.30pm | Campus - Furness College (Furness perimeter road, by the residences near the stores)

Leaving Ambleside at 5.30pm with drop off at George Street bus stop in Lancaster then both coaches will terminate at Furness College.
