🎓 Meet Your College Community Assistants – Ellie & Erica

🎉 What They Do: As College Community Assistants, they help the Deanery uphold discipline and support events and activities across Furness and the wider college community.

📍 Office Hours: Drop by Room A17, Furness College any Wednesday (term-time) between 9.30am–12noon to chat with Ellie & Erica. Whether you need support, have ideas for events, or just want to say hello—they’re here for you.

🚶‍♀️ Accommodation Patrols: Ellie and Erica regularly patrol the accommodation to ensure everything’s running smoothly. They will be carrying out their walkarounds on Wednesdays this term, at some point between the hours of 11am and 3pm. These are important ways for the College to monitor the accommodation and make sure there are no health and safety issues anywhere, from untidy/unhygienic kitchens to trip and fire hazards. Erica and Ellie are approachable and you can talk to them as they take a look round kitchens and corridors - but please understand that they have a job to do, just like the cleaners and maintenance technicians. Feel free to stop them for a friendly chat if you see them around.
