Furness College Facilities | Study Room

Furness offers a number of different places for you to gather and socialise, all grouped around our courtyard in the main college building.
The Study Room is a place where members of Furness College - can go to study in a quiet environment. There are two networked pc's and a comfy sofa too, as well as plenty of desk space.
NEW: The Study Room now has plug sockets with USB ports next to each desk, meaning you can use your laptop and other mobile devices in the room whilst you study.
Each Friday, we place free fruit and snacks and you there are notices advertising what is happening within Furness.
The study room is open every day, is located in room A06, Furness College (next door to the off-campus kitchen).
If you are not sure where the study room is, then ask any of the College team, JCR Exec, or the Porters and we will point you in the right direction!
Please note, the study room is not a bookable space and we do ask that if you use this room to keep it clean and tidy for everyone and that it is maintained as a quiet place to work and study.
