Our final-year students will graduate on Friday 17 July 2026, and our celebrations have been arranged to ensure you can all come and spend some time in the college with your family and friends.

Our celebrations will take place in Furness College between 12.30pm-5pm. Expect free fizz, canapes, sweet treats and live music. The Furness College group photo will take place at 12noon on Lancaster Square (County Fields). All graduating students are asked to attend, and we will be displaying this photograph within the TV Room.

• If you are in the 10:30-11:45am ceremony, come and celebrate with us from 12.30pm-2.30pm. These celebrations are after your ceremony. The Furness College group photo will take place immediately after your ceremony and normally takes around 30 minutes. After the photo, come and celebrate with us in the College.

• If you are in the 1:45-3:00pm ceremony, come and celebrate with us from 3:00-5:00pm. These celebrations are after your ceremony. The Furness College group photo will take place at 12pm. After the graduation ceremony, come and celebrate with us in the College.

The College celebration events are not ticketed. Therefore, whilst we warmly welcome your family and friends to join in the festivities, we kindly ask that you only attend one of the celebration times above. You are also welcome to bring a picnic with you.

All students eligible to graduate this year should have received an email from the Graduation Team confirming when you will receive a link to register to attend your ceremony. If you have not received an email, please contact ceremonies@lancaster.ac.uk

On graduation day, you will be able to purchase college specific merchandise as a memento of your time with us. Items can also be purchased in advance and collected from the College Office (A13, Furness) or on the day of graduation, and are available to buy now on the University eStore.
