The Anti-Harassment and Bullying Team are for staff and students who want to talk to someone in a safe space.
The Team’s aims are the prevention or early cessation of harassment and bullying.
Team members will offer confidential and independent support and guidance to staff and students who are concerned about incidents of harassment or bullying. Importantly, trained members of staff will provide a safe and informal space for staff and students to discuss issues, explore the options available, and provide support to resolve matters.
The Team’s approach is caller-centred and caller-led, meaning those who contact the team will remain in full control of any decisions or actions that may be taken.
This team supplements existing channels for disclosing - for example, via formal processes, the Unisafe app or the Unions - and offers space for informal conversations and support.
