To register for the conference and select optional campus accommodation, please complete our registration form.
If you encounter the error message "The maximum number of attendees has been reached…," please click "New Registration." If the error persists, do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Participant registration fees include:
- Access to all sessions and exhibitions.
- Welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, and the banquet.

Cancellation policy
Please note that registration fees are non-refundable.
By registering for ULT2025, participants grant permission for their contact details to be used for official purposes. The organisers reserve the right to alter any arrangements for this conference, including the cancellation of the event, if unforeseen circumstances necessitate such action. The organisers accept no responsibility for any resulting costs or inconveniences to delegates, who are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.
