Event Details
This masterclass is designed for manufacturing and engineering SMEs. Delegates will gain an introduction to workforce planning as well as an opportunity to explore and reflect on how they lead their organisation to achieve sustainable business success.
Targeted at all leaders in small and medium manufacturing businesses who may be established leaders, looking to further their approach, or an aspiring leader of the future who wants to know more about workforce planning and how it impacts business performance.
