This page outlines the submission and registration deadlines for the PGRC 2026. If any changes are necessary they will be announced on this page, and registered attendees will also be informed by email:

  • Call for abstracts and 3MT® titles – Wednesday 20th May 2026
  • Registration opens – Wednesday 20th May 2026
  • Presentation abstract/Three Minute Thesis title/poster abstract submission deadline (only postgraduate research students can submit) – Wednesday 10th June 2026
  • Long presentation and poster notification of acceptance – Monday 15th June 2026
  • Three minute thesis notification of acceptance – Monday 15th June 2026
  • Registration deadline for attending in person - Thursday 25th June 2026
  • Electronic version of poster submission deadline – Friday 26th June 2026
  • Registration deadline for online delegates – Wednesday 1st July 2026
  • Conference Day – Saturday 4th July
