Funding your postgraduate study

In order to study at postgraduate level you'll need funding to cover your tuition fees and living costs. The University and external bodies can provide assistance, as can the Faculty of Health and Medicine.

Faculty bursaries

Master's bursaries in Biomedical and Life Sciences

The Division of Biomedical and Life Sciences are pleased to offer a number of bursaries to outstanding overseas students wishing to join the Biomedicine MSc programme.

The value of each award will be £1,000 per student. Awards will be made for one year only and are conditional on satisfactory progress during the first term of study.

To be considered for an award, apply via the University electronic applications process noting in the section on 'source of funding' that you wish to be considered for the 'MSc Bursary'.

You'll need to hold an offer of a place to study on the taught Masters course by the deadline date, to commence your studies in October.

If you're successful, the award will allocated in the form of a fees reduction.
