Well done to Lonsdale students Athena Sagar, Amy Cadman and Lily Magri who got through to the final for the 9 Colleges Baking Competition. Unfortunately they didn't win, with Graduate College winning and runners up Grizedale College - well done to those teams.

The theme of the bake was University Mental Health Day.

The cake shows the top layer being messier and darker showing bad mental health down to the bottom layer being neater with better mental health. The bottom layer is fruit based depicting healthy eating being lemon cake and lighter with orange decorations. When cut through the middle a plethora of different sweets tumble out showing the different emotions being released.
