This wonderful collection of forty-five postcards, many of which have annotations on the reverse, were donated to the CMDA project by Lindsey Billinge in 2022. The postcards were collected by her mother, Joan Billinge, who was a keen 1930s cinemagoer and a particular fan of Clark Gable.
