Temporary Pause of Sponsorship Reviews 25th March-13th April 2026

Due to annual leave and staff illness, we will be unable to undertake full sponsorship reviews for applications or amendments between 25th March and 13th April.

The cut‑off date for review of new sponsorship applications will be 18 March. We will make every effort to review any applications received after this date, but we cannot guarantee completion before the dates above.

A member of the team will continue to monitor the sponsorship inbox for urgent queries and will carry out initial screening checks on any applications received, to help ensure progress while full reviews are temporarily paused.

Please continue to contact sponsorship@lancaster.ac.uk with any queries. If you are ready to submit your application during this period or request an amendment, then please email them to the inbox. A colleague will undertake an initial screening to check if there is anything you could do with the application whilst you are waiting for a review.
