Woodland Walk

The Woodland Walk & Outdoor Gym

The Woodland Walk provides a route through 2.6 miles of woodland canopy surrounding the Lancaster University campus, which can be enjoyed by all levels of ability. The Outdoor Gym, situated opposite Sport Lancaster, is a free and unique way to exercise outdoors, designed to support strength training, functional movement, and group exercise. The innovative structure features a variety of stations and equipment suitable for bodyweight training, suspension exercises, and resistance-based workouts.
