Fitness classes at Sport Lancaster are delivered by experienced, qualified, and knowledgeable instructors, motivated to get you moving.

Whether you're a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast, our classes are split into four main categories, and are designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. From high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to yoga and everything in between, there is a class for everyone.

Virtual Workouts

Our LES MILLS Virtual classes are led by world-leading instructors on the big studio screen at Sport Lancaster. Virtual workouts are the same LES MILLS programmes you know and love, which push you to your limits and motivate you to achieve amazing results.

Book a Fitness Class

Existing Sport Lancaster Members can book using the online portal. If you are new to Sport Lancaster, Fitness Classes can be booked on as a Pay As You Play basis by calling reception, 01524 510600, or signing up via the online portal.
