Event Details

Sport Lancaster is hosting a 4km Santa Dash in partnership with the Running and Athletics Club, raising funds for Defying Dementia.

Taking place on Sunday 30 November at 11am, the Santa Dash costs £5 to enter and all proceeds are donated to Defying Dementia in support of their work.

The event is open to all age groups and ability levels, and participants can choose to walk, jog, and/or run the 4km route.

Commencing behind Sport Lancaster, participants will receive a Santa hat before the Dash begins to compliment the already-encouraged Christmas-themed fancy dress!

Marshalls will guide the way throughout the route, which will use a combination of the woodland walk and campus path, until the route is completed back at Sport Lancaster where every participant will receive a festive treat.

Defying Dementia will also be present on the day, accepting donations and talking to event attendees about their charity.

Please arrive early for registration and a pre-run briefing. Parking and toilet facilities will be available at Sport Lancaster to attendees.
