Event Details

Sport Lancaster is offering free group exercise classes to all Members and Pay As You Play participants on Red Nose Day, Friday 15 March. Donations will be welcomed on the day to support the worthy cause.

Red Nose Day is a fundraising campaign by Comic Relief that aims to bring people together and fundraise to help those in need.

Sport Lancaster is proud to be a part of this initiative by opening its doors to the community and offering a range of group exercise classes free of charge, with donations welcome on arrival.

Red Nose Day Class Timetable

8–8.40am: Les Mills THE TRIP

An immersive cycling workout that will elevate your heart rate and sensory experience. You will be transported to the future of fitness through digitally created worlds and take your motivation to the next level.

8.45 –9.45am: Les Mills BODYBALANCE

A yoga-based class that will improve your mind, body, and overall wellbeing. With elements of Tai Chi, Pilates, and yoga moves, you will strengthen your entire body, improve flexibility, and reduce stress.

12–12.55pm: Les Mills BODYPUMP

A scientifically-backed barbell workout using light to moderate weights and high reps to build strength and get you fit – fast.

1–1.55pm: Les Mills BODYBALANCE

A yoga-based class that will improve your mind, body, and overall wellbeing. With elements of Tai Chi, Pilates, and yoga moves, you will strengthen your entire body, improve flexibility, and reduce stress.

5.20–5.50pm: HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines bodyweight and resistance training to whip your body into shape. Get ready for short bursts of maximum effort.

6.05–6.05pm: Zumba

Combining moves from a range of styles, this urban dance class features high intensity and low intensity intervals to help improve cardiovascular fitness while enhancing balance, coordination, and agility.

7.15–8.15pm: Les Mills BODYJAM

An addictive workout that puts as much emphasis on having fun as breaking a sweat. Combining fresh choreography and cutting-edge music, step out of your comfort zone and into a dance workout like nothing else.
