Dina has been fortunate to share her expertise in yoga by teaching classes, workshops, and retreats since 2007. Dina finds immense joy in guiding individuals through this transformative practice, helping them develop a holistic understanding of themselves and their wellbeing.

Laura has an extensive background in the health and fitness industry, boasting over 16 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Class Instructor. Her area of expertise lies in Pilates, where she has honed her skills and developed a deep passion for assisting individuals in achieving their goals and transforming their perspectives on life. Laura's training approach is characterised by her kind, positive, and enthusiastic demeanour, with a focus on using both mind and body to reach your goals.

Lorraine Thorn

Lorraine began teaching group exercise in 2003 and has received training in various disciplines, including completing Yoga Teacher Training in India. She gets joy from seeing people leave a class with a smile, attributing it to the positive impact of working out in a group setting. Lorraine prioritises education in her classes, aiming for participants to gain a deeper understanding of exercise, their bodies, and fitness tailored to individual needs.

Sarah Marshall

Sarah has been a dedicated full-time instructor for over a decade and maintains an unwavering passion for her profession. She assists individuals in unlocking their full potential and fostering self-confidence, whilst undergoing physical transformations. Sarah’s classes support participants of all abilities, and are conscious of those with pre-existing injuries, leading to improvements internally and externally.

Sohaila became a Les Mills instructor in 2018 as a personal challenge and now teaches a variety of classes for all abilities. Sohaila is an enthusiastic Instructor who encourages participants’ best efforts for optimal results. She emphasises that exercise should not feel like a burden; walking into the studio after a tough day can transform your mood and make you feel empowered, inspired, and above all, happier.
