A new weekly Hybrid Bootcamp launches at Sport Lancaster on Sunday 29 October, at 9.30am, perfect for those needing a total body workout with the aim of becoming stronger!
Hybrid Bootcamp is a high-intensity outdoor class featuring a variety of exercises guaranteed to get the blood pumping and heart racing.
The Sunday-morning weekly class combines the benefits of outdoor training with expert guidance from a certified Sport Lancaster Fitness Instructor.
Over timed periods, participants will circulate 20 stations, each boasting a different cardio or strength exercise which can be adapted to suit all ability levels.
A range of equipment can be found at each station, from kettlebells to tyres, to support participants in improving strength, endurance, and overall fitness levels in a supportive and motivating environment.
Hybrid Bootcamp will start at 9.30am every Sunday morning, from Sunday 29 October.
