Sport Lancaster is expanding its swimming programme with additional lessons, starting Monday 2 June 2025.

1-to-1 Private Lessons

New 1-to-1 swimming lessons will run for 30 minutes every Monday at 9am and 9.30am. Private lessons provide personalised instruction for all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to competitive swimmers looking to fine-tune their performance.

1-to-1 Private Swimming Lessons are suitable for swimmers wanting focused, tailored support to progress at their own pace.

Private Swimming Lessons cost £20 for 30 minutes in the water.

Pre-School Swimming Lessons

Pre-School Swimming Lessons will run for 30 minutes every Monday at 10am and 10.30am.

Designed specifically for young children to gain water confidence and learn essential skills in a fun and supportive environment, the sessions are taught by experienced instructors and lay a strong foundation for a lifelong love of swimming.

A block of 12-week Pre-School Swimming Lessons costs £79.80, or £25 a month via Direct Debit.
