This is a 4km fun run on Lancaster University campus, with all proceeds going to Defying Dementia. Every participant will receive a Santa hat, mince pie and medal.

There will also be a Christmas-themed fancy dress competition on the day with prizes for the best dressed, so make sure to come in your best Christmassy outfits.

Defying Dementia will also be present on the day, accepting donations and talking to you about the amazing work that they do.

The run will begin on Saturday 11th December at 11 am, starting and finishing behind the Sports Centre. Parking and toilet facilities will be available on the day, the course is fully marshalled and health and safety approved. Please arrive early for registration and a pre-run briefing.

This event is for all ages and we encourage everyone to take part. Whether you are walking, jogging or running, it is guaranteed to be a fun day out for everyone!
