Staying in Furness College accommodation or in the local area over the summer vacation? Activities open to all undergraduate students, regardless of year of study, and college.
Ali Moorhouse is a qualified Therapeutic Yoga, Yogalates and APPI Pilates Instructor and founder of Feel Free Yoga & Yogalates. She has been teaching in Lancaster and the surrounding area for 5 years. We have booked two Pilates sessions and each has a maximum registration of 12 people; booking for this event is essential.

If you're curious about starting Pilates but a bit unsure if it's for you, then come along to a complete beginners class during the Summer vacation period.
Pilates is a low impact body conditioning class with a strong focus on core stabilisation, posture improvement and glute strength. In this class, resistance bands will also be introduced to improve flexibility and joint mobility.
