Join Ali Moorhouse, 300hr Therapeutic Yoga Instructor for some serious mind-body healing!

Explore mindful movement vinyasas, breathing techniques and meditation practices to cultivate lightness and ease for a quieter, calmer mind and approach to life's ups and downs.

Modifications will be offered throughout ensuring that classes are suitable for all abilities - from absolute beginners to those who practice regularly. Students are asked to bring a yoga/exercise mat if they have one or a limited supply are available to borrow.

Classes are £5 if paying in cash 'at the door' or £4.50 if paying in advance via online banking. (Send Ali Moorhouse a Teams Chat message if you'd like to pay online)
