Calling all staff and students! SportLancaster is offering new free fitness classes for staff and students on campus.
From Monday 16 October there will be two classes running for 20 minutes every Monday and Tuesday during Michaelmas term. Staff and students can attend both classes and there is a small 10-minute break in between sessions. These classes are open to all staff and students from every college, with no booking required in advance, just turn up. Please arrive five minutes early to avoid any delays and wear appropriate footwear.
Monday: Pendle College (upstairs)
7:30am - Wake up session - mobility session involving stretching and activation work.
8:00am – High Intensity Interval Training session (HIIT) - high intensity bodyweight workout.
Tuesday: Grizedale Bar (upstairs)
3:00pm – High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session - high intensity bodyweight workout.
3:30pm - Wind down session - mobility session involving stretching and activation work.
