Lancaster biosciences in the UK top ten

Lancaster University is ranked sixth in the UK for studying Biosciences in the 2021 Guardian University league table.

The Guardian University Guide compares universities across the UK in a number of areas including student satisfaction, student to staff ratio and career prospects.

Lancaster University’s 31 undergraduate Biosciences courses cover the environmental, biochemical and biomedical aspects of biology, including degrees in Biology and Ecology & Conservation. The wide variety of modules offer students the opportunity to specialise and gain a range of skills required to tackle some of the biggest challenges facing our planet, whether it's researching underlying scientific principles or helping to protect endangered species.

Lancaster University overall came tenth in the country retaining its top ten position in the Guardian guide.
