Research Overview

I am an environmental and sustainability researcher with a background in Geological Sciences and over five years’ experience in environmental consultancy. Working across land, infrastructure, water and environmental assessment projects shaped my interest in how development affects natural resources and how these impacts can be managed more sustainably. After completing an MSc in Sustainability and Environmental Studies, I am now researching circular approaches to soil management and reuse in construction, exploring how soil can be managed more sustainably while retaining its functions and value and minimising the disposal of soil to landfill.
