In person or virtual Workshop for ECRs

Have you ever submitted to journals that require you to submit data and code too? Do you want to practice open science and reproducible research in your work but don't know where to start? Have you wondered if there are people in the university that you can consult with about these good practices? In this early careers’ researcher event, we have invited speakers from different academic departments and the library, to share principles and practical tips on different aspects of open science and reproducible research. In the second half of the event, you will get to (net)work with other ECRs in a hackathon style and create something that you can bring back to your work! This event is primarily in-person and will take place at a brand-new room in the library dedicated for open research.

Please indicate if you want to participate remotely in the registration of interest. This event is open to all but PhD students, postdocs and new lecturers are especially welcome.

Lunch will be provided!
