The programme takes place across three half-days. You will participate in a combination of full-group sessions and small breakout sessions, where you build connections with industry leaders and your peers.

You will also take part in challenging discussions with leaders and go behind the scenes of organisations, gaining hands-on experience through exploring real challenges they face.

The Future Leader Experience has been made possible thanks to financial support from Santander Universities.
