Why did you choose to study at LUMS?
I really wanted to study at a top university. That was really important to me. I chose Lancaster University Management School overall because I loved the campus and the people, and the university is one of the top in the country, so it ticked off all my wants!

What was the best thing about your course?
It was a really broad range of subjects, so it gave me the opportunity to explore different sides of marketing and see what I wanted to go into as a future career.

What/who inspired you most at LUMS and why?
Probably Lee Francis, he was my personal tutor and really helped me during the course and was great during the modules I had with him outside of being a tutor. Plus, he always answered all of my (many) emails and questions quickly!

Enjoyable, educational, supportive

What are your best memories of your time at Lancaster?
My time in lacrosse, it was a great group of people and a good way to get out and socialise after a long library session.

What are the best things about living in the Lancaster area?
I like how easy it is to access the countryside and go to the beach.

Which parts of your Lancaster experience were the best preparation for your job?
One marketing module in which I worked with a real client is always popular when I talk to employers, as they are interested in seeing how I worked with a client.

What impact has your Lancaster experience had on your career?
It made me better at working with people and time management.
