Lancaster University alumni and applicants enjoyed an evening of networking over games and refreshments at a recent event in Bangkok.
The event, held at the Novotel Siam Square hotel on 17th March, was part of a regular series of alumni events, and was hosted by Kirsten Mingins (Lancaster University International Officer) and Lisa Gerraty (Recruitment and Student Mobility Manager, Lancaster University Management School).
As well as being a great opportunity for alumni to reconnect and network with each other, the event also provided prospective students with a unique opportunity to meet with the alumni attendees and speak to them about their first-hand Lancaster experiences. Attendees enjoyed a range of activities at the event, including a campus picture quiz and UK cultural bingo.
Lisa Gerraty said: "It’s great to see so many of our alumni coming together and sharing their happy memories from Lancaster. We hope that networking events such as this one provide a valuable experience for our former and prospective students, and we look forward to welcoming some of the attendees as new Lancaster students in October."
