Have your say on family business

Two women talking

Does your family run a business? If so, LUMS researchers want just a few minutes of your time.

How does the next generation of leaders engage with their family business? That is what researchers from Lancaster University Management School and the University of Bradford School of Management are hoping to find out.

The team is seeking the views of next generation family members, whether they work in the business or not, in order to understand how future generations are involved in the development of family businesses.

They are inviting students and staff who have either parents or grandparents with a family business, whether they are thinking of joining the company or not, to have their say by completing this short anonymous survey.

The joint project is sponsored by the Institute for Family Business (IFB) Research Foundation and the results and recommendations for family businesses will be presented at the IFB conference in June.
