LUMS home to two top HR thinkers

Two Lancaster academics have been recognised by HR Magazine in their list of HR Most Influential Thinkers 2016.
Professor of organisational psychology Mike West and Director of the Centre for Performance-led HR Paul Sparrow appear at 9th and 15th respectively on the prestigious list.
Professor West said: “It is encouraging that academic research into people’s experience of the workplace is changing practice and influencing policy for the better. Lancaster’s longstanding expertise in this area continues to have a significant impact.”
Professor Sparrow added: “It helps us immensely to be able to see what research and what issues resonate in the world of practice.”
