Taster Day to offer a glimpse of life on the MSc Management
02 March 2016
Prospective students considering Lancaster’s MSc Management will have the opportunity to see what it is like at first hand at an upcoming event.
The Taster Day on Thursday, 17th March will allow those interested to put their questions directly to the programme team, as well as meeting current students on the course.
There will be a mini lecture, to give guests a taste of what they can expect from the Masters degree, as well as an introduction to the course by Programme Director Mark Stevenson. There will also be the opportunity to speak with careers advisors, and also learn about funding and scholarships.
The Lancaster Management MSc is globally ranked by the Financial Times. It is designed for students from any degree background to develop a sound understanding of the keys areas of management and gain real experience working on company projects. There are also summer school options with our prestigious partners.
Programme Director Mark Stevenson said: “We are really looking forward to meeting students interested in studying for the MSc Management. This Masters course is a fantastic opportunity for students from any degree background to spend 12 months developing their management skills and enhancing their employability. Students will graduate from the programme equipped with the skills and real company experience needed to pursue a career in management.
“In addition to receiving a Masters degree from a world-ranked university, there is also the opportunity to study abroad and to obtain a Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.”
The event will start at 4pm and take place at Lancaster University Management School.
