Research Overview

My PhD interest is about "embodiment in management education" — bringing my whole self actively into this journey to practice the richest possible experience of it. Inspired by Claxton and Poel's Bodies of Learning and Martin Seligman's work on Positive Psychology, I use myself and my PhD journey as the data. This draws on my McGill Master's research, where I scored the IMPM programme at 57.5% embodied using my own MISSC framework — and I now carry that practice forward, documenting it live on my website, embodyography.com.
