Event Details

Join us for an insightful workshop on How AI is changing work, careers and the shape of organisations.

The workshop looks at both the emergence of AI adoption by employees and the response from management to capture emergent value while also protecting the integrity of the business and adjusting its structure and strategy. The focus is on legal and professional services organisations.

We have a mix of academic talks and presentations by stakeholders from Forbes Solicitors currently navigating AI roll out at the firm.

Ella Hafermalz joined the KIN research group in 2018. Ella has a PhD in Information Systems and Work and Organisational Studies from the University of Sydney Business School in Australia and also holds degrees in Teaching, Media and Communications, and Cultural Studies from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Paul has been a member of CENTRIM since it was founded in the 1990s. His research interests include innovation management, the management of change, creativity and team collaboration. In particular his more recent research has focused on digital innovation, the skills of digital management and mastery, the rise of disruptive innovation including cryptocurrencies and Blockchain Technology.

Yasser research explores the intersection of technology, design, and innovation. He researches how emerging digital technologies—especially artificial intelligence (AI)—transform organizations, work, and expertise. His work examines the evolving interplay between design intentions, user practices, and AI’s own agency, with a particular interest in governance, human–AI interactions, and the paradoxes these systems create.
