Nadya Malenko

Nadya Malenko is a professor in the Seidner Department of Finance at the Boston College Carroll School of Management. She is also the President of Finance Theory Group, a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, a research fellow at the Center for Economic and Policy Research, and a research member of the European Corporate Governance Institute. Malenko’s research interests are in the areas of corporate finance, corporate governance, private equity, and organizational econ
